September 2024 – Join the 30 Day Mindset Challenge!

Help spread positivity and make a difference daily!

Join me in this 30-day Mindset Challenge!

I will be posting an intention/goal/task on my Facebook page for every day of September.

Go to  “Alchemy with Larkin” on Facebook, like, and follow (select the 3 dots and follow) for full details and to participate!

(IMPORTANT: only submissions posted on the Facebook business page will count for participation)

Instructions:

1.     For each day:

a.     I will post the intention on my business Facebook page the night before,

b.     Review the post (night before or day of),

c.     Track the number of times you lived the intention for the designated day, and

d.     At the end of the day, post that number in the comments of that daily post on the Facebook business page.

e.     **Bonus: If you also share a great example of living the intention and participate at least 15 days, I will add an extra entry into the drawing at the end of the month (for each day you post an example).

2.     At the end of the month:

a.     Tally your points to see where you stand: Sprout, Seedling, Sapling, or Mature.

b.     Anyone participating in 15 days or more (as evidenced by your comments on the Facebook business page posts) will be entered into a drawing. 

c.     On Saturday, October 5, 2024, I will draw 5 names.

3.     Prizes: 3 Free sessions and 25% off any single session, add-on, or package.

a.     You choose: Coaching, Hypnotherapy, or mix & match.

b.     You choose: For yourself or to gift to someone.

c.     Must be used by January 31, 2025. (Great gift for the holidays to help with new years resolutions! 😊)

   Daily Intention/Goal/Task

For each day of the month of September there will be a post on my FB page (order below)

1. Your goal is to witness something amazing today! Share your appreciation with us!

2.     How many people can you make smile today? Celebrate yourself!

3.     Go BIG….step out of your comfort zone today! What did you learn?

4.     Do something nice for yourself today!

5.     Share the wealth and do something for someone else today!

6.     Use your active listening skills and listen to understand today!

7.     STOP…no negative thoughts today!

8.     Listen to your intuition (“gut”) today!

9.     Focus on deep breathing today!  Try the 4-7-8 method, box breathing, alternate nostril breathing, or any of the many, many breathing techniques.

10.  Eat something healthy today!  It’s okay to eat at least one vegetable!

11.  Drink your recommended amount of water today!  Adults between 19 and 30 years of age are: 3.7 liters (about 130 Fl oz) for men/2.7 liters (about 95 Fl oz) for women.

12.  Hold the door for someone today!

13.  Let someone go ahead of you in line today!

14.  Take a moment (or many 😊) to appreciate your life today! 

15.  Complete something on your “to-do” list today!

16.  Laugh today!

17.  Listen to music today!  Share your favorite song, album, or artist with us!!

18.  Take a moment (or many) to enjoy any type of artwork today!

19.  Learn something today!  Feel free to fill the comment section with useless facts!!

20.  Share your knowledge today!  (Feel free to use the useless facts you learned yesterday!)

21.  Compliment someone today!

22.  Be sure to say “please” when requesting something today!

23.  Be sure to say “thank you” after receiving something today!

24.  GO AHEAD….compliment yourself today!  Not just the things you love about yourself, go big and compliment the things you like and sort of like! LOL

25.  You choose…..try something new today!  It has to be today which means it can’t be the vegetable you tried on day 10!

26.  Say bye-bye to the couch, your work chair, whatever….move for 30 minutes today!  Yes, chasing kids and animals counts!!

27.  Who has been on your mind lately?  Reach out to someone you haven’t talked to in a while!

28.  Share your appreciation with the important people in your life today!  (Thank you, thank you, but someone besides me!)

29.  You had to know this one was coming!  Meditate today!  2 min, 3 min, whatever you can do.  Insight Timer is free on the app store.

30.  CONGRATULATIONS!!!  YOU MADE IT!! 30 days of positivity!  You make a difference every day!  Be proud and celebrate yourself!

Give yourself a point for each time you do the intention during the designated day.  At the end of the month, add up your points and see how much you are making a difference!

0-60  Sprout: You are sprouting.  You are growing and your roots are taking hold.  Others may not be aware of your positive mindset yet.

61-90 Seedling:  You are growing and are breaking through barriers with the ease of a shoot rising above ground to enjoy the sunlight. You are showing up to make a difference in this world and show others your potential.

91-120  Sapling:  A sapling might be as small as 3 feet, but like it, you are flexible, growing with less barriers, and building on your positive mindset. You are showing up and regularly making a difference in this world.

121 +  Mature Mindset: You are at your strongest and most productive as you inspire others on a daily basis.  You think, create, and manifest amazing thoughts and ideas.
